Late delivery / or non delivery:
We work diligently to ensure your gift arrives beautifully and on time. We have a great staff that cares and does the most to assure red carpet treatment and delivery for all gifts. if for any reason your flowers or gifts do not arrive on time, we will work with you on a satisfactory resolution.
We guarantee that all floral products will stay fresh for seven days after 7 days and that all food gifts will be wholesome and free of defects. If they are not, for any reason at all, we will make any effort to reach a solution that meets your satisfaction.

Cancelling your order:
If your order is in route, has already been shipped or delivered, we are unable to cancel it.
If you order is for a later date, please call us and we will do everything possible to comply with your request.
If there is an issue with your flowers, please call 480-945-3101. We have a 7 day guarantee. Options are avaible to help with a resolution:
1. Replacement of flowers, with pick up of 1st arrangement.
2. Full refund minus delivery fee and we need to pick up arrangement.
3. If the arrangement can not be picked up, then a partial refund will be given or a credit for next purchase.
4. If there is a problem with only part of the arrangement then a portion of the money will be refunded.

*when you place an order, you accept all terms and services agreement. This includes multi-media disclosure. If there is an issue with your order you have to give us the opportunity to find a resolution. When a resolution has been found, you can not go on to ANY multi-media site and leave a bad review without also indicating in full that there was a resolution to fix the issue and how it was resolved.
